Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and JD INTERNATIONAL LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Rendo", "we"), and apply when you use tryrendo.com. By creating an account or using Rendo you agree to them. Contact: hello@tryrendo.com.

The service

Rendo is an AI video editor. You provide a video; Rendo transcribes it, suggests moments, adds captions and renders short clips that you review and download. Results are generated automatically and can contain mistakes, so check them before you publish. We do not promise that any video will reach a particular audience or go viral.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 you need the permission of a parent or guardian. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One account is for one person or business unless we agree otherwise.

Plans and allowances

Paid plans include monthly allowances of credits, source hours, export minutes and storage, shown before you subscribe and in your dashboard. One finished clip from Auto-clipping, or one edited video in Video Editor, uses one credit. Allowances reset each billing period and unused amounts do not carry over. To protect the service we may apply reasonable technical limits, such as how many jobs run at once.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, through our payment provider, and renew automatically until cancelled. Yearly plans are charged for 12 months upfront; their monthly allowances still reset every month.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods and unused allowances, except where the law requires a refund.
• We may change prices or allowances for future periods and will tell you before the change applies to you.
• Prices do not include taxes that may apply where you live.

Your content

You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the clips you make. You give us permission to store, process and transform your content only as needed to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload or import, including from the people who appear in it and the owners of any music or footage.

Storage and deletion

Rendo is not a backup service. Uploaded videos are deleted automatically 30 days after you last worked on a project, finished clips 90 days after their last export, and unfinished uploads after 48 hours. Download what you want to keep. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Do not use Rendo to:

• upload content that is illegal, that you do not have the right to use, or that sexualises minors, harasses people or incites violence;
• break the law or the rules of the platforms where you publish;
• resell, copy or reverse engineer the service, get around its limits, or access it with bots or scripts we have not approved;
• disrupt the service or try to access other people's accounts or data.

We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Our rights

Rendo, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Rendo available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features, and we may update these terms; we will update the date above and tell you about significant changes. Continuing to use Rendo after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimers and liability

Rendo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Rendo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after the end, such as those on content rights, payments owed and liability, continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
